About Us The Executive Women's Golf Association (EWGA) was formed to provide opportunities for women to learn, play, and enjoy the game of golf for business and life, and welcomes individual golfers of all levels. Since 1991, the EWGA has touched the lives of over 85,000 women. This not-for-profit membership association currently has nearly 20,000 members in over 120 Chapters throughout the United States, along with international Chapters in Canada and France, offering a wide range of organized golf activities, player development and education programs, volunteer, social and networking opportunities for both novice and experienced golfers. About the Palm Springs/Desert Cities Chapter The Palm Springs/Desert Cities Chapter, founded in 2001, enjoys monthly 18-hole outings at courses throughout the Coachella Valley and surrounding areas, new and intermediate golfer clinics, plus multiple networking opportunities. There is competition available for interested players of all levels in the EWGA Championship and 'sister' events with other EWGA Chapters. The Palm Springs/Desert Cities Chapter is run entirely by dedicated volunteers who hold Chapter Board and other important leadership positions. Board meetings are held monthly, and all members are welcome to attend.
